Kudsi Erguner is a ney flute player, a master of the Mevlevi-Sufi music of the 'whirling dervishes'. In addition to traditional music Kudsi has performed with Peter Gabriel, Jean Michel Jarre, Maurice Béjart, Peter Brook, George Aperghis, Didier Lockwood, and many others.



For this concert he blends Turkish Sufi music with a jazz approach. HIs band includes two of Turkey's leading muezzin who will perform the Sufi chants as well as Serbian jazz pianist Bojan Z.

The concert is a double bill with the amazing KAMKAR brothers - a family of brothers from Iran who perform lively and colourful traditional Iranian Kurdish songs.
